While in Wichita for the Gallery in the Garden art show at Botanica http://www.botanica.org/
I was able to slip away to meet and listen to Stephanie Pearl-McPhee speak.
She is a hoot! I loved every minute of her talk and she graciously signed the three books I brought with me.
As you will see in the photo she touched my knitting! It's true, my knitting has been touched by The Harlot. How in the world am I ever going to use it for it's intended purpose, a shopping bag? Maybe it will be a knitting bag instead. Seems a loftier occupation than a grocery bag.
